Service Description for Identity Verification (IDV)

“Identity Verification” (IDV) service provisions an end user workflow to complete a biometric identification verification process. The service includes end user screens and flows, with visual prompts to allow the end user to capture their own image (“selfie”), confirm liveness indicators are present from the selfie and compares it to an image of their submitted eligible government identification document. Once these steps are completed, a confirmation response is generated that can be displayed to the end user and/or integrated into the Reseller compliance workflow for record keeping.
